AT&T did me a CHORE... they did "updates" and went into my account and changed every one of my passwords, and all of my security questions, and then proceded to tell me that they couldnt help me without a faxed copy of my driver's license...ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!! all total, I was on hold nearly 2 hours in 2 days, and I spoke to three people.. I still dont think they cancelled my account since I am still getting e-mail from the AT&T account.. something I will work on this week...
