Sounds like a possible collapsed brake hose to me.. Correct. They will collapse naturally from age , or people like to clamp them off when changing the caliper and damage them then and is only a matter of time until they collapse from the clamping damage. to check for collapsed flex hose, disconnect the steel line from the hose and see if you can push the piston in. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.

Found this on it. Swap out both front flex rubber hoses. Something I'm not shure of. Saturn I had years ago, not the Vue. Brakes needed to be bled in a X pattern. You might, if carefull. Do one at a time. Bleed the caliper to get air out. Then do the other side. Might not have to bleed the whole system. -> www.saturnfans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=143037

I have never had or heard of a splitter- proportion valve going bad but thats whats it leads to..flow didn't seem that good back to the valve so he is replaceing the hoses also...... hope this solves his problem... thank you-all for the replys and have a great week-end....

Glad you found the problem. Appreciate you letting us know. Seems there is always something new in the way of problems. . Have never run in to a bad proportioning/ metering valve doing that. Had plenty where it went bad and only 2 of the 4 brakes worked . Do not recall one holding brakes on.
